  • Certainly! If you have injuries, you may wonder if you can still participate in this course. The answer is yes! We understand that injuries can be a setback, but we have designed this course to cater to various fitness levels, including those with injuries. Our program is broken down into different levels, starting from the most basic. While many participants will progress beyond the basic level, our aim is to ensure accessibility for everyone, including those with injuries. Additionally, you will have direct access to your trainer Harry who can address any questions or concerns you may have regarding form or modifications for specific exercises. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we are here to support you throughout your fitness journey.

  • You my friend were very much in mind when we designed this course. We understand that being busy and limited on time can make it challenging to commit to a fitness course. However, we have designed this course with your busy schedule in mind. The answer is yes, you can still do this course. We have intentionally made everything bite-size and easy to follow, so you can jump straight into the workout without any confusion. Additionally, we have provided a PDF version of the course materials, so you can easily reference them even if you don't have time to watch the video. Our goal is to make this course accessible and convenient for you, allowing you to dedicate at least 20 to 30 minutes of exercise time, regardless of your busy schedule. We want to ensure that you can prioritize your fitness and achieve your goals.

A Certified Personal Trainer & Health Coach with 25 years of bodybuilding, fitness, and wellness experience as well as a Black Belt Martial Artist with 33 years of experience; Harry is a 53 year old Cardiac Patient and Owner & Co-Founder of Breathe Fitness in Houston, Texas, and has a passionate belief that “Exercise is Medicine” and wants to share his knowledge and skills in helping people of any age and current physical condition to be stronger, healthier, and live better lives.
