Just Brittany Kate

Introducing me Brittany Kate, i hope to be your warm and welcoming guide on this transformative wellness journey. i have over 20 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and other self-care practices, i am a native Houstonian who brings a Kiwi's heart and a best friend's banter to my work. As a 500 RYT certified yoga instructor and serial learner & entrepreneur, i am no stranger to empowering others and haVE successfully collaborated with top entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and even celebrities in both New Zealand and the US.

From navigating challenging circumstances at a young age to overcoming self-destructive coping mechanisms, i feel as though i have emerged as a completely transformed individual. Through my own journey of trial and error, i have harnessed the power of accepting change, surrounding myself with the right people, and cultivating a positive attitude & persistent mindset.”

Currently, i am in school working towards my degree in clinical psychology, which is the ultimate goal that inspired me to embark on this venture. my dedication to understanding the human mind and providing comprehensive support to individuals on their wellness journeys is rooted in my academic pursuit. By integrating my ( growing) knowledge of psychology with my expertise in holistic practices, i hp[e to offer a well-rounded and personalized approach to wellness that goes beyond the surface level.

Work With Brittany

  • If you want to get started or deepen your existing practices, Brittany works privately with individuals. Private sessions are a wonderful way to work on your specific needs, curiosities, and goals.

    Each session is curated to fit your needs and can include meditation, yoga asana and philosophy, Pilates, strength, talk sessions, pranayama (breathing practices), mantra, alchemy sound bath, psychosomatic exploration, journaling, and homework to further your benefits from the session.

  • Brittany loves to create and offer group classes and specialty workshops. She has created various workshops on yoga postures, philosophy, personal development, meditation and breath work, integration and understanding of the chakra systems, and private Barre and reformer pilates classes as well as hosting wellness markets alongside her events. Brittany has experience teaching groups of students and hosting events upwards of 300 people at various events and retreats.

  • There are numerous studies that have shown mindfulness, meditation, and yoga to be incredibly beneficial in the overall health and happiness of individuals. Creating a program for your company or school can help reduce the stress of employees and students, increase productivity, improve physical health, enhance mental health, and foster a greater sense of community.

  • Looking to host a wellness event or market? Brittany has extensive experience hosting events in Houston for businesses and promoting their success. Additionally, we have a unique networking group called "Not Your Average Net Work." We believe in a holistic approach to networking, incorporating body, mind, and soul. Join us for workouts, healthy choices, and meaningful connections.

There are a variety of classes to attend. Water Flow, Earth grounding, Yin Yoga + Sound, Yogalates, and meditation along with my monthly ( the last sunday of the month) Yoga More Than Asana’ 90 min. sessions, events and workshops.
