About me
Just Brittany Kate
Hey there, I'm Brittany Kate – your friend in the wild world of yoga, meditation, in all things wellness and self-care! With over two decades on the mat, certified as a 500 RYT yoga instructor (that’s right, I’ve got letters behind my name! jk), I’m a lifelong learner and entrepreneur who’s had the pleasure (and a few “oops” moments) of teaming up with some seriously cool cats in both New Zealand and the United States of A-Okay.
Let’s get a little personal, shall we? My journey to self-discovery has been like riding a rollercoaster while juggling flaming torches and trying not to spill my kombucha. I’ve faced plenty of twists and turns, and I got a front-row view of self-destructive habits (not the best seat in the house). But don’t worry! I emerged as a better version of myself, ready to embrace change, find my tribe, and collaborate with life rather than be a victim of it.
Right now, I'm in school diving into the intriguing world of psychology, all in the name of understanding the marvelous mess that is the human mind.

There are numerous studies that have shown mindfulness, meditation, and yoga to be incredibly beneficial in the overall health and happiness of individuals. Creating a program for your company or school can help reduce the stress of employees and students, increase productivity, improve physical health, enhance mental health, and foster a greater sense of community.
