Setting the Intention and Creating Sacred Space at home:

Each session of the event that i am hosting begins with a discussion, setting the intention for the session and creating a sacred space for growth. *This technique can be applied in your manifestation practice and if you do not have one start small. Take a few moments each day to set your intention and create a sacred space where you can focus on your desires and align your energy with them. There is so much power in dedicating a few minuTEs each day to your goals and dreams. WhAt does it feel like when you have achieved youR goals or desires? get descriptive in your mental picture and in how you would feel and find that ‘Good feeling thought now’

At the event we will do Breathwork and Dynamic Movements:

The movement segment of the event consists of two parts: Vin-Part and Yin-Part. Vin-Part involves breathwork and asana, which are powerful tools for shifting your energy and raising your vibration.

in your personal practice at home Incorporating breathwork and dynamic movements into your daily routine can help you align with your desires and manifest them more effectively. In yoga, practitioners engage in (asana)Postures/ movement and breathwork to prepare themselves for seated meditation. By incorporating these practices into your daily routine, you release restless energy from your body and cultivate a calm mind. This state of calmness allows for greater focus and ease when visualizing your goals and manifesting what you want in life.

Exploring Deeper Stretches and Meditation:

In the Yin-Part of the event, participants will explore deeper stretches and meditation. This combination of physical and mental practices allows for a holistic experience and deepens the connection with your body and DOES not allow desires to control our happiness so we can find peace and happIness in the present moment. promoting relaxation, focus, and clarity.
