Our yoga teacher training agenda is designed to provide a balanced blend of online and in-person sessions, meeting one weekend a month from February through August. This structure allows for flexible learning while fostering meaningful connections and hands-on experiences that deepen your understanding of yoga's essence.

MARCH: SUN SALUTATIONS & INTRO TO POSES + ANATOMY 📅 8th & 9th Saturday 1-6 Sunday 1-6 ( zoom call night before for prep)

APRIL: HOW TO SEQUENCE & THE ‘BUSINESS OF YOGA’📅 12 & 13 Saturday 1-6 Sunday 1-6( zoom call night before )

Crafting the perfect flow! ✨ In April, learn the art of sequencing and discover the essential elements of the business of yoga. Equip yourself with the tools to teach and thrive in the yoga community!

MAY: HOW TO ADJUST 10th & 11th Saturday 1-6 Sunday 1-6( zoom call night before )

Refine your touch! 🤲 May focuses on the art of adjustments. Learn how to support your students safely and effectively, enhancing their practice and your teaching skills.

JUNE: TRAUMA INFORMED 📅 13 Saturday 1-6 ( Zoom call the night before)

Creating safe spaces. 💖 June is dedicated to trauma-informed yoga. Learn how to approach your classes with sensitivity and awareness, fostering healing and empowerment for all students.

JULY: YOGA MYTHOLOGY 📅11th 1-7

Unveil the stories behind the practice! 📜 July delves into yoga mythology, exploring the rich tales that shape our practice and deepen our understanding of yoga's roots. Join us for an enlightening journey!

AUGUST: PRANAYAMA & THE SCIENCE / MEDITATION 8th & 9th

Breathe deeply and find your calm! 🌬️ August is all about Pranayama and the science behind breathwork. Plus, earn your meditation certification and enhance your teaching toolkit!

SEPTEMBER: FIND YOUR STYLE OF YOGA 11th 12th 13th

Your unique voice matters! This month, we’ll help you discover and cultivate your unique style of yoga. Embrace authenticity and inspire others with your personal journey.

✨ ADDITIONAL SUCCESS TOOLS: 25 HOURS OF TEACHING  , 25 HOURS OF OBSERVATION students are allowed to observe my classes online and or in person, 50 HOURS OF MENTORING

✨✨Ready to elevate your teaching? 🚀 Our additional success tools include 25 hours of hands-on teaching, 25 hours of observation, and 50 hours of mentoring. Gain invaluable experience and confidence as you prepare for your journey as a yoga teacher!

  • One of the core beliefs behind this program is that yoga is about much more than flexibility or proficiency in physical practice. You'll gain the knowledge and tools to confidently lead a class, meeting yourself and your students right where you are in your journey.

  • Our program spans eight months, and we understand that life can sometimes get in the way. While attendance is important, we offer makeup calls to cover any missed information. If you wish to obtain your 200-hour yoga certification, makeup sessions will be required, but we are committed to working with students on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to register only if you are dedicated to fully engaging in this transformative experience.

  • We completely understand that this can feel overwhelming. Our program is designed to equip you with the tools needed to explore various styles of yoga, helping you discover what resonates with you personally while also nurturing your growth as a teacher throughout your career.
